I have no idea where did you get IIS from. The vm uses Apache webserver!
Anyways, just don’t change IPs and leave everything as default, which is nat, then try to navigate to whatever IP it shows in your vm.

PHB is a part of DSCP so a person could say that answer is A, however, reading comprehension would lead to PHB being the answer. PHB is the ACTION (key word here people) that is performed on the packets after they have been classified using DSCP values. These actions may be Expedited Forwarding (EF), Assured Forwarding (AF), and so forth. So, Anonymous, or whomever else, please select A as the answer on your exam if that makes you feel better.
